I understand if my payment is not made in the allotted time given, I may be downgraded to a lesser room type (not jacuzzi or Beachside).
I understand cancelling before October 3, 2026 if payment has been made, results in a $30.00 cancellation Fee. Please Note: due to our agreement with the hotel allowing us to rent the entire hotel, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this cancellation policy.

General Rules

You must always wear your wristband to identify you as a party guest.
The party is clothing optional. In any non-party public area, you MUST dress appropriately. This includes outside smoking areas, lobby and breakfast area.
Michigan law prohibits smoking in any area of the hotel or the hotel rooms. This includes weed. You will be subject to smoke damage fees per the hotel policy for violating this. Please use only designated smoking areas.
No glass allowed in the pool or hot tub area.
Check-out time is 11:00 on Sunday. To avoid additional charges, please check out by this time. We respectfully ask that you not leave your room trashed. Please pick up any sexual aftermath. You agree to leave your hotel room in normal expected conditions. Please TIP the housekeeping staff.

Takeover Lifestyle rules

No Means No – This is for the safety and security of everyone. Violation of this gets you permanently banned from all our events.
No drama allowed… If you start any kind of drama, we will remove you from the party. Violation of this gets you permanently banned from all our events.
It is not permissible to take pictures or video in takeover areas. In your rooms, with the permission of everyone present, photography is acceptable.
You may not engage in any illegal activity in or around the party area or on hotel property. The organizers will remove anyone who violates this rule from the party and will not refund their registration fee. This includes sexual solicitation, illegal drugs and their use, illegal weapons, any other illegal activity.
All behavior that is excessive, violent or disrespectful will cause you being removed from the party area and/or hotel. We will not refund your fee.
DO NOT sexually harass any hotel staff member or Club Iniquity security personnel.
If anyone is caught sneaking someone into the party or their room, who is not wearing a wristband or part of the party, the event organizers will ask them to leave. All parties involved will be banned.

Discretion Rules

Discretion is important to our guests to enjoy the party. If anyone discloses private information about this party or the guests in attendance. If anyone discloses information about Club Iniquity, this hotel takeover or any guest or staff member in attendance to any non-lifestyle third party, such as but not limited to, news media, investigative groups of any kind, law enforcement, or anyone not directly involved with this event will be asked to leave immediately and your fees are forfeited. You are not to disclose private information about anyone without their verbal or written approval. If you are a member of the media, law enforcement, or any government agency, you are here as a party guest and not as a working individual of the prior mentioned agencies.
Club Iniquity and its owners, as well as Lakeside Resort and Conference Center and its owners, are released from any liability in the event of injury that is related to either the main event or any incident while on the property during the event hours of 3:00 PM Friday, to 11:00 Sunday.

I understand if I violate any of these rules, that the party staff can ask me to leave the party and hotel property with no refund of fees. I agree to leave willfully and immediately when asked to do so. Initial

Registrations with no payment as of 10 days of registering will be cancelled.

Note: Registration guarantees you a room for the event. It does not necessarily guarantee the room type or floor you selected. We do our best to honor your requests.
