You registration is NOT complete until payment is received.

Registrations are without payment are held for 7 days. Non-payment after 7 days results in cancellation of registration.

A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of payment.

Registrations with no payment as of March 22, 2025 will be cancelled.

Note: Registration guarantees you a room for the event. It does not necessarily guarantee the room type or floor you selected. We do our best to honor your requests.
