Thank you for your interest in attending a Club Iniquity Hotel Takeover.
Our goal is simple: to create a fun, respectful, welcoming environment where everyone can relax, make friends, and enjoy themselves. The following information explains our registration policies and the expectations that help make every Club Iniquity event enjoyable for everyone.
Please take a few moments to review everything below.
By continuing with your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Your room reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received.
If payment is not received within the allotted payment period, your reserved room type may no longer be available and you may be assigned another available room.
Cancellations made before October 3, 2026 are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
Because we contract to reserve the entire hotel exclusively for Club Iniquity, there are no cancellations or refunds after October 3, 2026. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
Thank you for understanding. These policies allow us to continue offering complete hotel takeovers for our members.
To help ensure everyone has a wonderful weekend, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines:
Please wear your event wristband at all times while in takeover areas. It identifies you as a registered guest.
Club Iniquity events are clothing optional. Whenever you are outside designated party areas—including the hotel lobby, breakfast area, parking lot, hallways, and smoking areas—we ask that you be appropriately dressed out of respect for hotel staff and other guests.
Michigan law prohibits smoking inside hotel rooms and public indoor areas. This includes marijuana. Please use only designated outdoor smoking areas. Guests who violate hotel smoking policies may be responsible for hotel cleaning or damage fees.
For everyone’s safety, glass containers are not permitted in the pool or hot tub areas.
Hotel checkout is 11:00 AM Sunday. Please check out on time to avoid hotel fees. Before leaving, we ask that you leave your room in generally clean condition, including disposing of any personal items. Housekeeping works incredibly hard all weekend, and gratuities are always appreciated.
Club Iniquity has earned its reputation because of the respectful people who attend our events. We simply ask everyone to help us protect that atmosphere.
No means no. Always.
Respecting another person’s boundaries is non-negotiable. Any violation of our consent policy will result in immediate removal from the event and a permanent ban from future Club Iniquity events.
Please treat every guest, staff member, volunteer, and hotel employee with kindness and respect.
Behavior that is aggressive, threatening, excessively disruptive, or disrespectful may result in removal from the event without refund.
Everyone attends to relax and have fun.
If conflicts arise, please involve Club Iniquity staff rather than handling them yourself. Guests who repeatedly create unnecessary drama or disturb others may be asked to leave.
Photography and video recording are not permitted in any Club Iniquity takeover areas.
Inside your private hotel room, photography is permitted only when every person present has given their permission.
Illegal activity of any kind is prohibited on hotel property, including but not limited to:
Illegal drugs
Illegal weapons
Sexual solicitation
Any other unlawful conduct
Anyone engaging in illegal activity will be removed from the event without refund.
Please remember that Lakeside Resort is gracious enough to host our private events.
Please do not sexually harass hotel employees, Club Iniquity staff, volunteers, or security personnel.
Every person attending the event must be properly registered and wearing an official Club Iniquity wristband.
Anyone attempting to bring unregistered guests into party areas or hotel rooms during the event may be removed from the event, along with the unregistered guest, and may lose future attendance privileges.
Privacy is one of the foundations of Club Iniquity.
By attending, you agree to respect the privacy of every guest.
Please do not share another guest’s identity, personal information, photographs, or participation in Club Iniquity without that person’s permission.
Likewise, information regarding Club Iniquity events, staff, hotel partners, or guests should never be shared with outside individuals or organizations without authorization.
If you are employed by law enforcement, the media, or any governmental agency, you are attending solely as a private guest and not in an official capacity.
By attending this event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary.
Club Iniquity, its owners, volunteers, Lakeside Resort & Conference Center, and its ownership shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or losses occurring during the event or while on hotel property during the event period.
I understand that failure to follow these policies may result in my removal from the event and hotel property without refund. If asked to leave by Club Iniquity staff, I agree to do so promptly and respectfully.
I have read, understand, and agree to follow the policies and guidelines outlined above.
We know… this isn’t exactly exciting reading. But these guidelines are one of the reasons Club Iniquity has become such a welcoming, respectful community.
Thank you for helping us keep it that way.
By clicking “Continue,” you acknowledge that you have read (or at least promised to read 😉) these guidelines and agree to follow them.
