What is a Room Crawl?

You’ve heard of a Pub Crawl? It is the same concept.

In a pub crawl you start at the first bar, go inside, have a drink, shoot the shit and move to the next bar.

Then, at the next bar, you go in, have a drink, shoot the shit and move to the next bar.

SAME CONCEPT

Start at participating room #1, stop in, have a drink, shoot the shit for a few minutes, then move to the next room

It is a great ice breaker with no pressure and a relaxed, fun setting.

There are 2 ways to participate in this

Number One

Decorate your room and be a participating room.

You can decorate to the party theme or just go wild with your ideas. 

Some provide music and a “specialty” drink. That is not a requirement

Here are some tips for a successful room crawl participating room:

~ Decorate your room to the party theme

~ Use lights, bright colors and music

~ Some have a signature drink or shots in their room to share

~ Leave Your Door open so those crawling know you’re participating

~ Let us know you are participating so we can add you to the list

We will tally the best room for a $100.00 cash prize plus SLS prize package

Way Number Two

At registration, inside your packet is a welcome letter.

At the bottom of that letter is the room crawl voting sheet.

Attend the required number of rooms on the sheet.

Vote for your favorite room

Turn the Ballot into the registration table before 9:00.

ALSO… we will randomly draw a winning ballot for a SLS Prize package

It’s a great way to meet others and wander the halls for a lot of fun

Caution: Don’t do too many shots or you’ll be on the floor by the 4th room!!!.
